Position Details:
We are in search of skilled and motivated Field Professionals across various roles, particularly those with experience in telecommunications construction:
- Equipment Operators (backhoe, skid steer, trencher)
- Laborers
- Directional Drill Operators & Locators
- QA/QC Technician - Communications
- Warehouse Supervisor
- CDL Drivers/Laborers
- Project Manager
- Construction Manager
- Tester/Splicer
- Splicer Tele/Cable
- Aerial Groundhand
- Fiber Splicer
Education & Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver's license; Class A license is preferred or a willingness to obtain one.
- Must be prepared to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime as required by workload.
- Positions may necessitate short-term travel.
- BCOMM Constructors maintains a drug-free workplace. All roles require compliance with federally mandated drug and alcohol testing programs, including pre-employment and random testing.
