Innovative Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment to complete the work as directed by our site supervision team.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of all rooms, including walls, doors, baseboards, cabinetry, floors, and glass surfaces.
- Clean and polish stainless-steel partitions, mirrors, lockers, showers, and other fixtures in restrooms.
- Power wash the exterior of buildings, including sidewalks, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform daily cleanup of work areas and dispose of waste in designated dumpsters.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
