Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Care Operations Manager to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck care facilities, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our truck care facilities, including managing staff, inventory, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that our facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for our customers and staff.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our staff, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our truck care facilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the trucking or transportation industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
