Key Responsibilities
  • CAD Design: Design, develop, and engineer high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools, ensuring precision and accuracy in technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • CAM Programming: Integrate new product designs into production, including CNC manufacturable files, manufacturing instructions, and visual management, utilizing CAM software to generate CNC programs for machining and manufacturing processes.
  • Quality Control and Documentation: Perform quality checks on designs and prototypes to ensure adherence to specifications and standards, maintaining comprehensive documentation of design iterations, changes, and manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and CAM tools (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
  • Experience in creating CNC programs and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
