Skyline Med Staff Allied is seeking a skilled Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in a medical facility.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 40-hour workweek, requiring the technologist to work 8-hour shifts, days. The ideal candidate will have experience in catheterization laboratory procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform catheterization laboratory procedures, including angiograms and coronary interventions
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and treatments
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist
  • Experience in catheterization laboratory procedures, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings
