Position: Clinical Director

Location: Easton, MD

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Graduation from an accredited institution with at least a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
  • Current Physical Therapy license in Maryland or participation in the PT compact program.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Required: Physical Therapy License
  • Preferred: CPR Certification
Role Responsibilities

The Clinic Director serves as the primary leader of their clinic, overseeing overall performance and management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring an exceptional patient experience and high-quality care delivery.
  • Acting as the chief culture officer, inspiring and empowering the team to provide outstanding service.
  • Collaborating with leadership to drive operational and financial excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Extensive standing and walking required.
  • Frequent lifting, positioning, and transferring of patients.
  • Regular reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational Saturdays
