### Job Summary

As a Training Manager at Solaris Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the vocational initial training program at TH Köln, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal requirements. This role involves budget responsibility for vocational training, conception and implementation of central measures and tools for controlling training, and personnel development for trainers and apprentices.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and shape the vocational initial training program at TH Köln, taking into account legal regulations and internal requirements
* Budget responsibility for vocational training
* Conception and implementation of central measures and tools for controlling training (e.g. onboarding, feedback formats)
* Personnel development for trainers and training officers as well as apprentices (e.g. further training, workshops, individual development planning)
* Recruiting new apprentices with planning and implementation of suitable personnel marketing measures
* Trainer for commercial apprentices
