Job Summary:
Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Long Term Care specialist. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
