  • Grind, buff, and polish pieces while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses and maintenance.
  • Understanding of materials, methods, and tools involved in finishing processes.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to perform simple math calculations.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and blueprints.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and fill in required quality forms.
  • Ability to read and properly use measuring devices, such as micrometers, calipers, go/no-go gages, and other inspection devices as needed.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
