About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Dover, New Hampshire. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages, including mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
  • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify respiratory care needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Monitor and manage patients with artificial airways, including tracheostomies and endotracheal tubes.
  • Collaborate with the critical care team to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Education Program.
  • Current NH RCP License and RRT certification.
  • At least 1 year of acute care hospital clinical experience as a practicing RCP.
  • Experience with mechanical ventilation, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
