About the Role

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor Level II Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor Level II Assistant, you will play a critical role in guiding the professional growth of our team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry a caseload to meet set billable services, including providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month and ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations.
  • Manage a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients.
  • Supervise a team of behavior technicians, including providing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Actively enrolled in a master's program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • 1 year experience providing behavior analysis services to individuals including direct service delivery with individuals with varying diagnoses, diverse levels of functioning, and broad range of ages.
