Job Summary:
As a key member of the Evenflo Company, Inc. team, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations as an Assembler. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble and package products to meet quality and safety standards.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. As an Assembler, you will work closely with other teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Your excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and package products according to specifications and quality control standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
