Merchandising Specialist

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent, the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America. As a Merchandiser, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in over 17,000 stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to drive business growth and optimize store layouts
• Execute merchandising resets and implement plan-o-grams to maximize sales and customer engagement
• Build and maintain visually appealing retail displays that drive impulse purchases and increase brand awareness
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to create an engaging shopping experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic merchandising programs
