Cleveland Construction Metal Stud Framer Job

We are seeking a skilled Metal Stud Framer to join our team at Cleveland Construction, a leading commercial construction company. As a Metal Stud Framer, you will be responsible for erecting the frames of walls and ceilings, installing sheet metal panels, and performing other tasks related to commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Erect and assemble floors, walls, and ceilings using necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Lay out and cut openings for windows, doors, and vent areas.
  • Install sheet metal panels, molding, exterior parts, and accessories using hand and power tools.
  • Fasten panels to frame and trim to shape, using necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Follow safety rules and regulations established by Cleveland Construction.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
Requirements:
  • High School GED or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience.
  • Reliable means of transportation.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment post-offer drug screen.
  • Ability to work in all elements of the outdoor environment.
  • Ability to access all areas of the job site.
  • Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending, stooping, twisting, etc.
  • Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 85 pounds.
