**Job Description:** We're seeking a dedicated part-time Customer Operations Intern to assist in campaign execution, paid media initiatives, and other marketing tasks. In this role, you will create polished deliverables, evaluate potential influencers, and provide timely communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support campaign execution by uploading content and contributing to end-of-program summary decks.
- Evaluate influencers based on brand goals and target audience alignment.
- Organize comments for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Monitor social media content across platforms for key terms, language, and community guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication through our help center.
- Create paid ad units and upload them to external tools and systems as required.
**Requirements:** This position requires a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You should be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, have creative thinking and excellent communication skills, and basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on location).
