Role Responsibilities

As a member of our rehabilitation team, you will:

  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a compassionate manner.
  • Adapt patient care strategies in response to evolving clinical situations, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Administer prescribed treatments and monitor patient responses, documenting findings accurately.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's degree required).
  • A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana and an active Compact State RN license.
  • Preferred: At least one year of nursing experience.
