Role ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our rehabilitation team, you will:
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a compassionate manner.
- Adapt patient care strategies in response to evolving clinical situations, utilizing strong problem-solving skills.
- Administer prescribed treatments and monitor patient responses, documenting findings accurately.
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges, collaborating with case managers and families to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and contribute to team meetings and unit development.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's degree required).
- A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana and an active Compact State RN license.
- Preferred: At least one year of nursing experience.
