We are seeking an experienced LPN - Long Term Acute Care professional to join our team at Kindred Hospital - Denver, CO - Scion Health. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Colorado
  • At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Acute Care as an LPN
  • BLS and/or ACLS certification (AHA preferred)
