Position Objective

The primary role of the Housekeeper is to ensure that the premises are maintained in a pristine and hygienic state, thereby elevating the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and associated buildings according to a schedule established by the Manager.
  • Ensure adequate supplies are available to perform assigned tasks effectively.
  • Support customer service personnel in keeping the hospitality bar well-stocked with refreshments.
  • Be prepared to assist in various service roles as needed.
  • Provide transportation for guests and crew members when required.

Required Competencies

  • Ability to work independently without direct oversight.
  • Strong motivation to complete all assigned tasks.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Work Environment

The role is conducted in a professional setting, with potential exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, and various weather conditions, including interaction with both moving and stationary aircraft.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Tasks may involve bending, lifting, walking, stooping, squatting, gripping, and climbing ladders.

Position Type and Work Hours

This is a non-exempt role that requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and company holidays.

Travel Requirements

Travel between designated company locations is anticipated for this position.

Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, though this is an entry-level position.
