Role Responsibilities:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • The capability to lift 25-pound boxes and remain active throughout the workday.

Compensation:
The total target compensation, including base pay and targeted commission, is $26.39 per hour (annual range: $49,280 to $54,896). Our commission structure allows for significant earnings potential for those who exceed sales targets.
