Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing care for patients in the NICU, with a focus on family-centered care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in neonatal care.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams on neonatal care and related topics.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a neonatal or pediatric intensive care unit preferred.
