We are seeking an IT specialist to join our team at Nexus Dynamics, located in the heart of Munich. Our department works closely with the police and various specialized agencies to serve the people of Bavaria.
Our ministry makes important decisions for the citizens of the Free State of Bavaria, with responsibilities including protecting and ensuring the safety of the state, promoting democracy and the rule of law, facilitating successful integration, and supporting sports.
Our goal and mission is to provide modern and efficient administration for the citizens. We are looking for a skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive IT support for our devices, work in first and second level support, incident and problem management, user administration, inventory and warehouse management, and create and update documentation.
Your Responsibilities- Provide IT support for our devices
- Work in first and second level support (LuK hotline)
- Manage incidents and problems
- Administer users and inventory
- Create and update documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Successfully completed IT-specific vocational training (e.g. IT specialist)
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Qualification for the 2nd qualification level (preferably in the technical career path of natural sciences and technology, with a focus on administrative informatics)
