Counter Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Counter Server to join our team at Due' Cucina Italiana. As a Counter Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the dining room, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Learn and master the art of making our fresh pasta
• Familiarize yourself with our menu and support our customers through their Due experience
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers to ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of takeaway items
• Maintain and enforce our Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining room

• People person who enjoys spending time with customers to educate them on our food
• High-energy, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work and have fun in a diverse team
• Attention to detail
• Passionate about food
• Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work under stress
• Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)

• Competitive compensation, based on experience $23.75-$25.75/hour (base wage of $18.25-$20.25/hour plus an additional $5.00-$5.50/hour in tips for a combined wage range of $23.75-$25.75/hour)
