Amentum is currently seeking an experienced Operations Integration Specialist to join our team at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. This position will support our Department of the Army, G-3/5/7 Operations Readiness and Mobilization Support contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing assigned Operational Needs Statements (ONS) for Operational Gap validity and assist the Government in performing Capabilities Integration (CI) actions.

* Assist in the management of the Army's Operational Needs Statement (ONS) process through the Equipment Common Operating Picture (ECOP) application.

* Produce weekly ONS status reports and draft validation memorandums for leadership approval and signature.

* Conduct research and compose correspondence/reports as required by the role.

* Update all assigned ONS in the ECOP database daily to support the Army's established ONS validation process.

* Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders and track assigned ONS from beginning to completion.

* Participate in the Army's ONS Open Mic and Army Requirements and Resourcing Board (AR2B) meetings as required.

* Adhere to published timelines and goals, inform branch chief of staffing impediments, and document all correspondence on shared drives and within the ECOP database.

* Liaise with Government Project Teams to verify that planned projects are completed according to approved project plans; facilitate discussions of issues, engage appropriate project managers to coordinate and obtain resolutions, and escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the working level.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Master's degree preferred;

* At least ten (10) years of related experience;

* Prior U.S. Army service preferred;

* Active Clearance Level Required: Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility;

* US Citizenship required for clearance;

* Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills;

* Experience in security on the Army/Joint Staff and/or Major Army Commands in Policy;

* Proficient in planning and execution of working groups with ability to draft Army EXORDs, FRAGOs, meeting minutes and EXSUMs;

* Experienced with the Army's DOTMLPF-P process and automated tools to validate raw data, articulate input/output and report issues orally and in writing;

* Ability to work within Government-provided software packages with emphasis on MS Office products;

* Critical thinking and analytical methodologies to present clear and precise recommendations;

* Focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities;

* Minimal supervision in fast-paced critical environment;

* Proficient in Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).

**Estimated Salary Range:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
