We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Home Health setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized plans to improve their functional abilities and independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for daily living
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of West Virginia
  • At least one year of experience in Home Health or a related setting
  • Successful completion of an occupational therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two to three years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
