Location: Gaithersburg, Maryland

Job Description:

We are seeking a Seasonal Banquet Server who embodies the principles of exceptional customer service and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be elegant, enthusiastic, and possess a positive attitude to ensure our banquet guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet tables, including place settings and decorations, according to event requirements.
  • Provide polite and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to all service and safety standards.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
  • Work effectively with fellow team members to provide seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Previous serving experience in a banquet or fine dining setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to carry serving trays and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Dress Code:

Black vest, black tie, black pants, and polished shoes.

Pay Rate:

$12 - $16 per hour, plus tips (based on the event).
