ABOUT OUR TEAMS:


In a store as expansive as ours, we need all hands (and paws, wings, and fins) on deck to ensure we are functioning efficiently.

So, as a PetSmart Department Supervisor, you'll help lead the team in the following areas:

Inventory & Merchandising:


Our Inventory & Merchandising Leader plays a crucial role in assisting our pet parents find exactly what they need, right when they need it.

Areas of responsibility will include leading the execution of plan-o-grams, organizing promotional and sale price adjustments, and overseeing the fulfillment of our In-Store Pick Up Orders.


Team Leadership:


You'll guide a team of Stocking Associates to maintain a fully stocked and tidy environment for our pets and pet parents.

You'll also provide them with the mentorship and development to advance their careers.

Overall Retail Objectives:
Creating an exceptional customer experience is a top priority for all our leaders.

From ensuring our associates possess extensive knowledge of pet solutions to building connections with pet parents, our leaders ensure a safe and enjoyable environment in our stores.
