AP Clerk

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of AP/AR.

• Enter invoices for payment, verify back-up documentation, and maintain accurate records.
• Mail payments to suppliers and match invoices to checks.
• Process accounts receivable, including running aging reports and matching invoices to payments.
• Utilize QuickBooks to update supplier addresses, enter new customers, and perform other related tasks.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, sorting mail, and creating forms.

• Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or equivalent field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
