Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Youth Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. As a Part-Time Youth Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Utilize a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model to create personalized service plans.
  • Provide flexible and reliable support to participants and their families, with a focus on building positive relationships and promoting healthy outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources preferred.
  • Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking a plus, but not required.
