Principal Power Systems Engineer

Job Summary
Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Principal Power Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our power design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-power power delivery subsystems for our next-generation Oracle servers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-power power delivery subsystems for Oracle servers
- Lead a small team of power engineers in the design and development of power delivery subsystems
- Collaborate with internal firmware/software teams to implement system-level diagnostics
- Work with external vendors to ensure power components meet required specifications and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience with high-power on-board modern multi-phase VRD designs
- Experience with DC-DC converters, voltage regulators, and electronic circuit breakers
- Strong knowledge of high-speed design methodologies for power integrity/signal integrity
- Proficient in CAD design tools such as Cadence, Concept, and Allegro
