Position Summary

As a Sales Associate at PVH Corp., you will be responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. You will consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand. This role is part of a team focused on delivering top-line sales results.

Responsibilities

Greet and offer assistance to every customer, focusing on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive UPT and conversion.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and always place our customer first, asking for feedback and conveying business opportunities to management.

Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.

Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers, treating them professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
Celebrate and embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership, building relationships and seeking out feedback for continuous self-development.
Embrace innovation, change, and company initiatives, working collaboratively to accomplish brand goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Prior retail experience preferred.
High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
