Job Summary:
Aircraft Sheet Metal Specialist performs internal and external sheet metal repairs, modifications, and installations on all aircraft serviced at StandardAero. This individual researches and develops repair schemes using blueprints, engineering orders, service bulletins, and other technical publications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural aircraft repairs using appropriate sheet metal techniques and fasteners.
  • Remove, replace, and relocate headers, stringers, doors, beams, and bulkheads while building up surfaces and structures to specifications.
  • Install Service Bulletin kits using parts and instructions provided by OEM.
  • Plan and develop schemes for sheet metal repairs and modifications by utilizing blueprints, sketches, service bulletins, OEM specifications, engineering orders, and other technical publications.
