We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team in a part-time consulting role. As a key member of our team, you will work with skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health to improve the lives of seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
- Document residents at high risk for nutritional problems
- Participate in care planning processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide oversight to food service departments
Qualifications:
- Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
- Licensed (if required by state)
- 2 years of consulting/long-term care experience preferred
