Hospice Care RN Opportunity

CentraCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to provide emotional, spiritual, and physical support to terminally ill patients and their families in Montevideo, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a hospice setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rates: $38.12 (ADN), $38.45 (BSN), $40.37 (MSN)
  • $3,500 hiring bonus
  • $5,000 relocation bonus (if applicable)
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, PTO, and retirement
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Minnesota RN license
  • Up-to-date AED/CPR training
  • Valid Minnesota driver's license and good driving record
  • 3+ years of successful nursing practice as a RN
  • Management experience preferred

*To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must be an external candidate hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

**Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
