Location: Prescott, AZ

Company: Streets of New York is currently seeking both FULL and PART-TIME Servers.

Operating Hours:

Our establishment operates daily from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm. Specific hours may vary based on individual availability and business needs.

Compensation: Servers earn $9.80 per hour plus tips.

Role Overview:

As a Server, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Setting up dining areas with a focus on cleanliness and adherence to our service standards.
  2. Welcoming and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
  3. Assisting patrons with their orders while being well-versed in menu offerings, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.
  4. Delivering food and beverages promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service with a positive demeanor.
  5. Processing bills and handling payments at the conclusion of meals.
  6. Contributing to a memorable dining experience that encourages repeat visits.
  7. Collaborating effectively with fellow staff members to enhance the overall dining atmosphere.
  8. Maintaining communication with kitchen personnel regarding meal preparation and addressing any issues that may arise.
  9. Supporting management in fostering a positive work environment that customers enjoy and employees appreciate.
  10. Performing light lifting for stocking supplies or maintaining the dining area’s appearance.

Benefits: Available to full-time employees, including sick pay.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the Micros Terminal system is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
