If you have a passion for pediatric primary care for infants, children, and adolescents, Akron Children's Pediatrics (ACP) could be the ideal match for you. We are seeking a qualified BE/BC pediatrician to enhance our expanding practice in Massillon, collaborating with our committed physician and nurse practitioner. Our practice has recently moved to new facilities as part of the Akron Children's Hospital Health Center, integrating pediatric primary care and rehabilitation services in one location.
This position involves providing outpatient care, with after-hours calls distributed among providers in nearby offices. Our after-hours nurse triage line manages over 90% of inquiries before they reach the physician, ensuring efficient care.
This role is located at a 501(c)(3) site, qualifying for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government.
Our practices adhere to established hospital policies while maintaining the unique culture of each site. Physicians benefit from utilizing EPIC, an integrated electronic health record system. All our primary care offices are PCMH certified, emphasizing patient-centered care that strengthens relationships between patients and their healthcare teams, enhancing quality and reducing costs.
