Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

You will engage in a variety of tasks throughout your shift, which may include:

1. **Food Runner** - Oversee the presentation and timely delivery of food to tables, ensuring seamless communication with the kitchen staff.
2. **Backer** - Assist in the preparation and stocking of pastries, salads, and other menu items, maintaining high standards of quality.
3. **Barista** - Craft and serve beverages while managing the preparation and supply of necessary ingredients.
4. **Sandwich Bar Attendant** - Execute sandwich orders efficiently, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the sandwich station.
5. **Register Operator** - Accurately take customer orders and coordinate tasks to ensure prompt service.
6. **Catering Support** - Prepare and pack items for catering orders, ensuring all items are ready for delivery.
7. **Stock Management** - Monitor and replenish stock levels throughout the day, ensuring all areas are well-stocked by the end of your shift.
8. **Opening and Closing Duties** - Participate in the daily opening and closing procedures to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 6 months experience in a full-service restaurant environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- References from previous employment are required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and a schedule of 4-5 days per week between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
