We're looking for talented individuals to join our team at Hollywood Casino at Columbus. As a cashier, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly, professional manner, taking food and beverage orders, handling payments, and delivering orders to guests.
  • Monitor and replenish food products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by sanitizing work areas, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining equipment.
  • Partner with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and meet business demands.
  • Meet or exceed sanitation requirements and adhere to regulatory, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests.
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Six months of experience in food or customer service, with cash handling preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet professional appearance standards.
