Resumen del Trabajo:Buscamos un profesional comprometido y experimentado para el puesto de Registered Nurse en nuestro Departamento de Emergencias. Los enfermeros de nuestro equipo deben estar preparados para atender a pacientes en situaciones críticas, brindando servicios especializados e innovadores. Los enfermeros de emergencias manejan una variedad de situaciones traumáticas que requieren acciones rápidas y decisivas, asegurando el más alto nivel de atención para pacientes de todas las edades. El candidato ideal debe tener habilidades para evaluar y priorizar pacientes con condiciones tanto físicas como mentales.
Funciones y Responsabilidades:- Proporcionar atención especializada y de alta calidad a los pacientes en el Departamento de Emergencias.
- Evaluar de manera rápida y precisa a los pacientes que ingresan, priorizando sus lesiones y necesidades médicas.
- Desarrollar e implementar planes de atención de enfermería efectivos.
- Realizar una amplia variedad de servicios profesionales de enfermería.
- Comunicar de manera efectiva con pacientes, familias y personal hospitalario.
- Manejar situaciones traumáticas con acciones rápidas y decisivas.
- Mínimo de 18 meses de experiencia en un entorno de Departamento de Emergencias.
- Experiencia reciente en ED en los últimos seis meses.
- Demostración de un alto nivel de rendimiento y práctica.
- Conocimientos clínicos y habilidades analíticas para formular planes de atención de enfermería efectivos.
- Capacidad para realizar diversos servicios profesionales de enfermería.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación con pacientes, familias y personal hospitalario.
- Licencia de Enfermero Registrado profesional del estado o licencia compacta de varios estados.
- Soporte Vital Básico (BLS) - Asociación Americana del Corazón (AHA).
- Certificación de la Escala de Stroke de los Institutos Nacionales de Salud (NIHSS).
Dominio del inglés (hablar, leer, escribir).
