The Structural Division

The Structural Division provides comprehensive structural engineering planning and design services, including structural assessments and forensics investigations. Their engineers have extensive experience and knowledge of structural engineering services for education, commercial, religious, healthcare, sports & entertainment, hospitality, retail, and federal/government.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the structural team's engineering and drafting tasks, offering structural design expertise to internal team members and external disciplines.
  • Manage project coordination tasks internally and externally, acting as the primary liaison.
  • Lead the project through the Construction Administration Phase, overseeing shop drawings, RFIs, site visits, and OAC meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a Structural emphasis; Master's degree preferred.
  • Structural Engineering license (S.E.) in the state of residence, if applicable.
  • Minimum 5+ years of full-time progressive structural engineering experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in leading multi-discipline project teams preferred.
Additional Notes

The majority of projects focus on K-12, but the portfolio extends to higher education, government buildings, sports facilities, fire stations, and modifications to existing structures. While expertise in educational projects is advantageous, individuals with a strong academic background and relevant experience in general building design in Texas are also welcome.", "lang_code": "en-US"}
