Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in the southeastern United States. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments to address communication disorders
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings to improve communication skills
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions to track student progress
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Licensure in the state of Alabama
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload
