Plasma Donor Screener

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Donor Screener at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while also contributing to the success of our plasma collection operations.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their eligibility to donate plasma
- Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and provide excellent customer service to our donors
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes using company-approved procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
