Job Description

The Client Service Associate works closely with Advisors to oversee all tasks and duties related to delivering an exceptional client experience. This includes timely and accurate responses to client requests, new client onboarding, information gathering, account setup and maintenance, meeting preparation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Advisors to understand client financial situations and provide support in creating exceptional client experiences.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, participating in meetings as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy and detail in all client service tasks, including meeting preparation, note-taking, documentation, and account activity.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve client service-related issues and enhance firm processes to improve client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires an Associate's degree or commensurate experience, with two or more years of experience in an administrative function. Strong proficiency in Excel and Word is essential, and prior financial or professional services industry knowledge is preferred.
