Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.
  • NNP certification or eligibility to obtain before start of employment.
  • Basic Life Support certification and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in neonatal care.
