Our facility, with a capacity of 25 beds, is supported by a diverse medical staff comprising over 100 skilled physicians and nurses, proficient in more than 25 medical specialties.
As a designated Critical Access Hospital, we are committed to serving our surrounding communities, providing essential emergency medical services, inpatient care, and outpatient diagnostic testing.
Incentive Structure: Total bonus of $6,000; $3,000 disbursed after 90 days of employment and an additional $3,000 after one year of service.
The laboratory operates as a generalist facility, where the selected candidate will be expected to perform a variety of tasks across different laboratory benches as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts high and moderate complexity testing at a foundational level.
- Majority of testing will involve chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and stat blood bank procedures.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in biological or chemical sciences, with adherence to course attendance as per CLIA guidelines.
- Preferred: Graduate of an MLT/MT program.
- Certification: ASCP certification required within one year of employment.
