Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at St. John's Lutheran Community in Albert Lea, MN.

**Job Summary:**

This is a fixed term casual position that will involve patient care with geriatrics in skilled-nursing and assisted living settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and a flexible schedule between 8-24 hours per week.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide physical therapy services to patients in skilled-nursing and assisted living settings
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

**Requirements:**

* Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Eligibility for licensure as a PT in Minnesota
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
