Position Overview: The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license from North Carolina or a compact state.
  • Hold BLS certification.
  • CPI certification is required within three months of employment.
  • ACLS certification is required within one year of employment.
  • Must demonstrate competency in caring for patients across all age groups, from adults to geriatrics.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

Experience: While no prior experience is mandatory, a minimum of one year in an acute care hospital setting is highly desirable.
