Our corporate office is currently looking for a Head of Financial Communications to join our Finance team. This role is crucial in crafting, drafting, and reviewing all essential communications for key stakeholders, which include materials for the board of directors, lenders, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership. The individual will also be tasked with organizing agendas for significant stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment among executive leadership on meeting objectives, and designing content requirements that need to be prepared. Additionally, they will be responsible for updating and revising content to ensure it is visually appealing and consistent with Mastronardi Produce's branding and messaging.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive external stakeholder relations strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Organize agendas and create materials for stakeholder meetings, conferences, and calls, including presentations for the board of directors, lenders, suppliers, customers, and executive leadership.
  • Effectively present financial outcomes, business strategies, and other pertinent information to various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism that accurately reflects the operations and vision of Mastronardi Produce.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and analyst reports to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Craft engaging narratives that emphasize the company's strengths, growth potential, and investment opportunities.
  • Design visually compelling pitch decks that resonate with the Company's branding and messaging.
  • Create impactful presentation slides that incorporate data, graphics, and concise text to effectively communicate complex information.
  • Collaborate closely with financial teams to translate financial data (such as revenue forecasts and cost structures) into clear visual representations.
  • Work in partnership with executive management and company leaders to develop corporate messaging and market positioning.
  • Conduct industry research to support key points in stakeholder communications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and stakeholder preferences.
  • Provide insights on best practices for stakeholder presentations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in investor relations, finance, or related areas.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate our financial narrative effectively.
  • Ability to integrate finance, communication, and marketing seamlessly.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, manage multiple issues simultaneously, and engage with senior and executive management.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and collaborative abilities; adaptable and capable of applying existing skills to new subject matter.
  • Experience collaborating on a diverse range of business strategies and issues.
