Porter Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our assigned areas.

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, fixtures, and equipment
• Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, and management
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
• No experience required, and on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
