As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of improving healthcare outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directing patients to exam/treatment areas and preparing them for procedures
  • Obtaining vital signs and patient information, and reporting it to RNs or clinicians
  • Administering medication, performing patient tests, and instructing patients on procedural preparations under supervision
  • Notifying pharmacies of new prescriptions and authorizations
  • Collecting, labeling, and transporting specimens
  • Maintaining exam/treatment areas and medical equipment
  • Maintaining logs, records, and supply inventories
  • Performing telephone screening and additional duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an accredited LVN program
  • Active, unrestricted LVN license from the state of California
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Blood withdrawal certification
