Ampersand Therapy is a woman and therapist-owned company seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the remainder of the school year.

Job Details
  • In-person position
  • Full-time, 1.0 FTE
  • Pay: $50-55/hour
  • Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm
  • Preschool & Elementary students
  • Same pay rate for direct & indirect treatment time
  • Provide evaluations and treatments for schools
  • Complete IEPs and documentation
  • Collaborate with school Special Education team
Qualifications
  • Valid AZ Speech and Language Therapy certificate
  • MS/MA degree from an accredited institution with a major (or equivalent) in speech and language
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
  • Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

Ampersand Therapy empowers you to serve your students. We're a small company, local to Northern Colorado and Western WA, and proud to be women, minority, and therapist-owned and run.

We began our career working in the districts and also as contractors. We sought to create an alternative to working with big staffing companies.

The result is a small team of like-minded specialists who are striving to create a company that we would want to work for.

We're also in a unique position to be able to support and mentor those who are new to this practice area.

We're so passionate about students, that we're often working in the schools ourselves. You might find us doing treatments alongside you.
